As we ventured into the well-charted waters of Viking metal, the guys at Napalm Records – literally quivering in their Austrian boots – handed us track from Iceland’s Skalmöld. Not being the selfish types, we thought we’d share it with you.

Pushing the Viking theme to the max, Skalmöld’s upcoming album, MED VÆTTUM, is brimming with heroic, mythic texts and epic stories, so if you like that kind of thing, be sure to check them out.
