Series discounts are available for block bookings of 3 or 6 advertisements. We are always as flexible as possible with our rates to ensure everybody is able to advertise in one form or another, and we usually run some sort of special deal alongside most issues.
All advertising payments are due by return, and within the terms outlined at the time of booking or on the related invoice which will be sent to confirm the order. We do not offer extended payment terms. If you don’t intend on paying for your advertising in a timely manner, please don’t ask to book any advertising.Late/slow payments knock on to the speed at which we pay our own suppliers – including our writers, which is not something we condone. It is completely normal to pay with an order and to wait for something to arrive – we all do it all the time when we make purchases online, for example. It is the same with advertising in Zero Tolerance.Waiting to ‘check the advertisement’ in print is no good reason for not making sure your payment reaches us as per our payment terms. If you’re worried of the unlikely scenario that there is a problem with the ad when the phycial copy arrives, we would of course issue a partial/full credit note or a partial/full refund once investigated and determined that we are at fault. It is very rare that anything goes wrong.
We reserve the right to adopt the Late Payment Of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998 if this is deemed appropriate.
