Polish avantgarde black/death metallers Shadows Land are currently working on their third full-length album, which is said to be titled “Tyranium”.

“As always, we are going to go against the flow”, comments the band’s frontman Aro. “The album, I’m fairly sure, is going to sound just as we always wanted – organic, real, still dirty, hideous and mean – as we are working in our own studio. It’ll comprise of 8 to 10 tracks, the whole thing closing in at about 45 minutes. Our sticksman Nerexo is already finished with his job and I have to say the drum tracks are fat, heavy and with loads of ambience too. We’re about to be done with guitar parts too, so stay tuned. We’re sure to finish the recording session this fall”.

Shadows Land’s latest album “Terminus Ante Quem” was released in 2006 via Osmose Productions.
