Scottish noiseniks Sufferinfuck are the latest in a long line of bands to join forces with Jay Randall’s Grindcore Karaoke label, which already boasts an impressive roster with Canadian, Hawaiian-themed grindcore merchants Wagde as well as releases by Agoraphobic Nosebleed. The ten track demo EP entitled ‘In Boredom’ is available for free download via the label’s official website in conjunction with Grind to Death productions.

Clearly the band have impressed Randall, who jovially tweeted, “Not sure what’s going on in Scotland but holy fuck -so many great bands!” which is praise indeed from the man who is responsible for some of the harshest noise that ever assaulted mankind’s ears. It is however commendation where it’s due, because Sufferinfuck  conjure up a volatile mix of grindcore and power violence with overtones of crust punk, delivered with a level of ferocity akin to two cracked-out pit-bulls going at each other hammer and tongue, over a discarded slab of meat.

With more releases like this it could be a very prosperous year for the AnB singer’s label and if Sufferinfuck carry on with the blueprint they’ve laid down, it could be a very good omen for the British underground indeed!
