Death metal dinosaurs MORBID ANGEL have released details of their upcoming remix album. The record will feature remixes of ‘Illud Divinum Insanus’ songs by 39 well known names of the electro / industrial, techno and club scene. A trailer is available HERE. The album is due on the 24th of February 2012 via Season of Mist.
Frontman Dave Vincent commented (on the mixed reviews for the recent album):
“Well, the only thing we do is make music and we’re creative. We don’t think about these things so much. We do what we do. My work is done, other than we perform. But the studio is done. We made a record that broke down a lot of boundaries and included some stuff that was never included before. But we’ve always done these kind of things. It should be no surprise to anyone that we always do crazy things, ’cause we crazy.”
