Swedish black/folk metalheads BHLEG present new single ‘Arla I Urtid’

About one year after the release of their latest MCD Äril, the black/folk metal band Bhleg return with their new single Arla I Urtid.

Without any additional information, Bhleg from Sweden – who started their career in the underground with the 2014 released Draumr Ást – have dropped a new single onto the world. The term “new single” might be a bit of an understatement, since the song itself features over ten minutes of ritualistic shaman drums combined with melodic, yet harsh black metal riffs and venomenous vocals. Fans of their latest MCD Äril (released via Nordvis in 2019) will immediately recognise the trademark sounds of the black/folk metalheads.

The song was written on 17 May 2020 and recorded in two takes during June 2020. While Bhleg themselves took care of the recording and the mixing of the song, Andrew D’Cagna (Brimstone Coven, Nechochwen) took care of the mastering.

More information about the band can be found on their Facebook as well as their Bandcamp page.

Thanks for dropping in!
