Dutch old school death metal assassins LUCIFERICON (not to be confused with the legendary Swedish band Luciferion) have recently self-released their debut MCD “The Occult Waters”. The demo-album, available in jewel case edition, comprises of five songs and is now available through the band’s Facebook page.
In an exclusive statement for ZT Lucifericon comment: “Our overall sounds is death metal but we are not limited to just this style of music. We tend to mix death, black and thrash and speed and merge it into a Lucifericon song. What we have written so far will appeal to people who are into old Morbid Angel, Possessed, old Death, Infernal Majesty, you name it… I think people need to decide what our influences are really. The ones who have heard it so far are hearing a wide variety of things that even we didn’t come up with”.
