Forget about seeing the New Year in with a bang, Fortid have seen it in with an almighty thunderous roar. The extreme pagan metallers have unleashed a video for the title track from their 2012 album Pagan Prophecies.
Hannu Mikola of Visual Vortex is the man responsible for the video’s production, and filmed Fortid during their tour of Finland in 2013. As well as including footage of the band’s live performances, the video is interspersed with “images that point to the doom of mankind”. In other news, work has been completed on their fifth – as yet untitled – album, and it’s ready for the mixing stage.
