Christian Mistress enter the studio to record their third full-length. Washington’s rawest have been riding on the edges since 2009 and have been getting better with each release so all fans of raw, filthy and emotional heavy metal should hold their breath.
“We’re going to Louder Studios in April to record with Tim Green. There is no official release date at the moment but we are looking most likely at September 2015” guitarist Oscar Sparbel (also formerly live guitarist for Wolves In The Throne Room) tells Zero Tolerance about the successor to 2012’s Possession.
When asked to describe the new songs and how they compare to Christian Mistress‘ past, he offers: “As a band we are always developing in our art. There’s been a lot of change since we recorded Possession, new concepts are incorporated – new themes as well as some old ones. I’m stoked about the songs. As far as a comparing to our previous works goes I’ll let others be the judge of that.”
