Bonded by blood have announced that they will be recording their new album, (for now untitled) with former Machine Head/ Soulfly/ Medication, guitarist- turned record producer Logan Mader. The band have entered the studio this weekend to record the follow up to ‘Exiled to Earth’, which will be their first record with the current line-up featuring vocalist Mauro Gonzalez and bassist Jesse Sanchez.
In a statement to Earache records guitarist Juan Juarez had this to say about what the new record has to offer. “It’ll be the first record with Mauro and Jessie, who have been great additions to the line-up, and the four of us really connected well during the writing and rehearsing of this album. The playing on this album will be top-notch. We’re glad to be recording in Los Angeles, and excited to work with Logan. We can’t wait to get started and we hope everybody enjoys it as much as we do.”
Mader’s production track record to date has included work for his former Soulfly band mate Max Cavalera as well as French behemoths Gojira amongst others, in a list of established names.
