The 20th anniversary of Massacre’s classic album ‘From Beyond’ will be marked by a European tour from the band next year.

Despite the absence of legendary growler Kam Lee from the band’s lineup, Massacre will be joined by fellow death metal miscreants, Macabre and Master for the Army of Darkness Tour.

Guitarist Frederick “Rick Rozz” DeLillo (Mantas, Death) commented: “I am really looking forward to this tribute to Massacre. It has been over 20 years and a lot of hair loss since Terry Butler and I have jammed together,and it’s going great, along with Mike Mazzonetto [drums] and Ed Webb [vocals]. This is going to be a great time with old and new friends, and the ‘From Beyond’ tracks have never sounded this heavy/brutal.”

Bassist Terry Butler (Death, Denial Fiend, Obituary, Six Feet Under) added: “We are very excited to be bringing the fans a proper Massacre show and tour. We’ve been working our asses off to fine tune a few things and bring you the best show possible. It’s been a long time, but better late than never. It makes it even better to be touring with legendary friends Macabre and Master. This is going to be a killer show for the fans.”

Massacre are set to perform ‘From Beyond’ in its entirety, covering classics such as ‘Cryptic Realms’, ‘Warhead’, and ‘Corpse Grinder’, on the tour.
