Swedish death fiends Verminous have shed some light (amongst other things) on the state of their latest sacreligious offering.

The diabolical elite recently stated: “We know many of you are waiting for the new album. We are aware of the lack of info. We are also aware of the religious threat that is upon all of us, which must be stopped. We can assure you, this Anti-religious piece of art will be worth the wait. We can now reveal that there will be 10 songs on the LP. And so far it sounds great! Expect nothing but extreme Satanic death metal. Think of death. Think of evil. Think of Verminous. Hail Satan.”

Verminous’ second album, “The Unholy Communion”, marks the first release from these sons of Satan in eight years since their debut album “Impious Sacrilege”.

Their website warns: “Verminous is finally back to rape mother earth’s womb once more with the sophomore album “The Unholy Communion””.

The band have also disclosed some song titles from the new album, including: “Keepers of Chaos”, “Hordes Of Vermin”, and “Iesus Nazarenus Rex Insecta”.

Verminous originally entered the studio in August 2011 to record ten new songs that “ravage the congregation of christ”, however due to problems with the studio location recordings were postponed till November.
