UNTO OTHERS make their long-awaited return with a new single and music video for ‘Butterfly‘, out today via Century Media. The new track reflects the band’s grounding in a bedrock of goth, classic rock, punk, black metal and heavy metal.
The band report, “…being put down, putting others down, and putting yourself down. There’s so many people in the world who grow up being told they are not good enough, and as an impressionable kid or teenager it’s easy to believe that. Then they grow up and tell their children the same, and perpetuate the cycle of mediocrity. It takes someone to say ‘NO’ for the cycle to stop. To say ‘NO, I can do it. It doesn’t have to be the same as before. I can make something new of myself, my life, change myself, and in turn change the world.”
