SKELETAL REMAINS TO REACH BEYOND THE FLESH

US old school death metallers SKELETAL REMAINS have revealed they’ve finished working on their debut album “Beyond The Flesh”. Said to be a bastard of European death metal like early Pestilence and Stateside sonic madness along the lines of old Death and Revenant, the full-length is due out November via Germany’s FDA Rekotz. California-based newcomers, who only released their first demo last year, told ZT they’re actually a bit surprised about how fast things develop for the band:

“It’s so surreal! It’s only been about a year or so we didn’t expect any of this to happen this fast but we are very excited and we are really looking forward for the album release. We think the music will appeal to all the old school death metal fans out there like us!!! The feedback we have gotten so far is the album sounds like something that would come out in the late 80’s or early 90’s which is what we would be heading for so we are very satisfied with the final product and think everyone else out there into the same style will be satisfied”.

A rough version of the song “Extirpated Vitality” off the debut album is available for streaming at THIS LOCATION.
