Seattle thrashers Sanctuary are set to hit UK shores for the first time in 20+ years for an exclusive performance at Bloodstock Open Air 2012. The band features the distinctive vocal talents of Warrel Dane and bass from Jim Sheppard, both also of Nevermore.

“Really psyched to play Bloodstock 2012,” comments frontman, Warrel Dane. “It’s the band’s first time back in the UK in over 20 years and we are honoured to be invited to one of the greatest summer festivals in the world. We can’t wait to thrash it up with our fans! See you in August 2012.”

Also just announced are The Black Dahlia Murder and Grand Magus.
