Judas Priest’s K.K. Downing retires!

Judas Priest, one of the most legendary British Heavy Metal bands of all time, will be embarking on their final ‘Epitaph’ tour without lead guitarist K. K. Downing.

Axe-man Richie Faulkner, who has recently collaborated with Lauren Harris, will replace Downing on the tour, whilst the rest of the line-up is set to remain the same (with Rob Halford, Glenn Tipton, Ian Hill and Scott Travis).

Downing, a founding member who had been with the band since 1969, did not reveal a reason for departure.
