Cult German thrashers Exumer recently finished filming their first-ever video while on tour in South America.
‘Fire & Damnation’, taken from the band’s latest album of the same name, is Exumer’s first-ever official video in their nearly 30-year history and was filmed in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
Vocalist Mem V. Stein commented: “It’s an amazing opportunity for us to film our first video clip in a country that has a deep connection to the band since the 1980s. Our fans here in Brazil have been very vocal about us returning to play live since the band’s last tour in 1988, and there is no better way to document our return to Brazil than to capture it all on camera.”
‘Fire & Damnation’, Exumer’s first album in 25 years, was released last month via Metal Blade Records.
The Teutonic thrash machine is currently engaging in its “South American Damnation” campaign, attacking Argentina, Chile and Brazil, and accompanied by fellow thrash warmongers Artillery.
