California’s death/grind lords of gore Exhumed have recently released their new video for the track “Coins Upon the Eyes” exclusively through bloody-disgusting.com. The track is a sneak peek of sorts at their upcoming new album “Necrocracy,” due to hit the streets in early August via Relapse Records. Bloody-Disgusting have described the video as “a commentary on the political state of the current world by using past history as a stark reminder of what once was (and what may be again).” Additionally, this track can be hear via the band’s Soundcloud page and is available for purchase on iTunes.
“Necrocracy,” Exhumed’s 6th full-length, has been described as “some of their most instrumentally shredding and lyrically devouring work to date” and is currently available for pre-orders at relapse.com. For the die-hard fan, there is a special “Necrocracy Party 2013 Political Rally Pack,” limited to 500 units, that consists of the album in double LP format and in CD format with 5 bonus tracks alongside a pin, bumper sticker, and poster set.
Exhumed is currently in the middle of European tour, scheduled to be wrapped up at the end of July. Their touring duties will commence this October, when they hit the road in North America with Dying Fetus for roughly one month of dates.
