“Influenced and inspired by the early ’90s classic Florida-scene, Redeeming Filth picks up the spirit from our 1992 debut Subconscious Lobotomy and leads us back to the golden days of riff-oriented death metal. The future looks brutal!” said Centinex founder Martin Schulman of the band’s ninth studio album, Redeeming Filth, which came out in late 2014.
The band have just revealed a new video to the track ‘Moist Purple Skin’, which you can watch below. The reformed band have also confirmed a number of live dates, which take in a handful of European festivals, all of which are noted below.

Centinex is Martin Schulman (Demonical) on bass, Sverker Widgren (Demonical, Diabolical) on guitars, Alexander Högbom (October Tide, Spasmodic) on vocals and Kennet Englund (Interment, Centinex 1999-2003) on drums. Redeeming Filth is the band’s ninth album, the successor to 2005’s World Declension, and was recorded at Amplified Studios with mixing and mastering taking place at Garageland Studios by Ronnie Björnström (Aeon) during the spring of 2014. The album cover was created by Twilight 13 Media (At The Gates, Arch Enemy, Darkthrone) and it was released last November on digipack CD, digital format, black vinyl, and limited brown vinyl.
