Gothenburg metallers enjoyed quite a treat on Sunday as Heavy Metal legends Metallica, Megadeth and Anthrax joined forces on-stage to perform the song ‘Am I Evil’ (originally by NWOBHM band Diamond Head). Slayer, also a part of the ‘Big Four’ tour, did not join in on the cover.
Kerry King commented on his absence: “I was supposed to be there, but they changed the song at the very last minute. We were gonna play the Anti-Nowhere League’s ‘So What’, so I had rehearsed that song. When they changed it to ‘Am I Evil?’, I decided not to do it. I haven’t thought about that song for two months since we played it in California.”

The tour will continue on the 6th of July in Milan, Italy.
Meanwhile comedian Bill Bailey has issued a message to Metallica to go with his performance on 10th of July at the Sonisphere Festival. See it here HERE.
