Legendary UK heavy metal act Hell, often credited for influencing Sabbat (UK) are set to release a new single on March 4, 2011…except it’s not really ‘new’. The band, now fronted by vocalist Kev Bower have re-recorded their 1983 single “Save Us From Those Who Would Save Us” as a picture disc single for their forthcoming album, Human Remains (available Friday 13 May). Limited to 666 copies, the new 7″ may smack of Monty Python but comes as great news for heavy metal fans. The B-Side will feature “On Earth As It Is In Hell” for which the band recently shot a video with director Kristian Havard. The band now features producer Andy Sneap, who learned the guitar from original vocalist Dave G. Halliday (RIP). In anticipation of the release one next-generation die-hard, 22-year-old Luke Drew of Avondale Road, Finchley, said: “Everything I say is off the record.”
Thanks for dropping in!
