Grandmasters of Finnish BM Archgoat are currently writing material for a new mini-LP, one member of the band confirmed today. The as-yet-untitled release will follow on from 2009’s The Light Devouring Darkness and three songs are said to have been written so far. Making their name in 1991 with a demo called Jesus Spawn, Archgoat established themselves as one of Finland’s most savage UGBM acts but split before the release of a full-length album in 1993. Reforming in 2004, the band added to their substantial following with the release of their debut, Whore Of Bethlehem in 2006. More details soon.
