Sunn O)))) have announced their first European tour since 2016, which includes their first ever French tour (not including Paris), and a return to old haunt Kampnagel in Hamburg, mythical Paradiso in Amsterdam, as well as headlining Elevate festival in Graz, and Divadlo Archa Prague.
The current concert lineup extends around power trio of Stephen O’Malley (Guitar), Greg Anderson (Guitar), and their valve guru and long time collaborator Tos Nieuwenhuizen (Moog), alongside selected special guests. Together they relentlessly pursue their exploration and elaboration of Sunn O)))’s experiments with the physicality of sound in instrumental-based live performances.
Cast your eyes down below for all confirmed dates so far; no UK date as yet though, so if that’s one you were hoping for you might need to travel further afield if you want to see them on this particular jaunt.
