Akin Bruce Dickinson in the song ‘Powerslave’ (he’s a Pharaoh or something in that one, whatever), Pantera strike from the grave. The track ‘Piss’ is apparently a lost anthem off Vulgar Display Of Power album. The brand new video, featuring Pantera fans being punched in the face repeatedly in slow-motion, can be seen HERE.
Drummer Vinnie Paul comments:
“Piss’ is the only unheard complete Pantera track in existence, it was recorded at the same time as ‘Vulgar Display Of Power’and it’s 100 percent Pantera with attitude and our signature groove! After mixing it, I can’t believe it didn’t make the record! So it’s 2012 and 20 years later and new Pantera music has been delivered.”
The resurfaced track acts as a single to the 20th anniversary reissue of the band’s sixth album (given you count the heavy metal days).
