Previously reported doomsday scenarios, calling out the end of London’s Hobgoblin metal pub have been proven most exaggerated . The pub was, indeed, purchased by a third party who, however, is letting the pub-lord Dylan Cole stay. Tired of constant speculation, Cole recently set the record straight:
“Hey ne’rdowells, can i just re-iterate? Yes the freehold to the Dev has been sold, No we are not closing down! Please, no more speculative bullshit, it really is starting to wear me down. It is the third time i have saved this pub, and not without good reason.YOU! How about the next time somebody feels compelled to ask? Try, ‘I hear you are staying open’! Thankyou X”
