The former drummer of Dio has revealed that there are several incomplete songs recorded with the legendary singer.

Simon Wright says that a handful of unfinished demo recordings were made prior to Ronnie James Dio’s death and hints that they could be completed for a future release.

“Electra” was the last track to be fully realised with Ronnie, and featured on the ultra-rare ‘Tournado’ box set, but Wright says rough versions of other songs exist.

In a recent interview, Wright claimed:
“There were three or four songs he [Dio] had been working on. I’m not sure what will happen. At some point, maybe, they’ll come out. You would have to be careful how you approached it — you wouldn’t want to overstep your bounds. We’d sit and listen to them and see how far he got. We’d do it with total respect and we’d do it delicately.”
