VOIDHANGER SPREAD NEGATIVITY AND SATANIC MADNESS

Polish black/thrash/death metal hellraisers Voidhanger, a band formed by members of Infernal War, Iperyt and Massemord, have recently released their debut album “Wrathprayers” via Poland’s Witching Hour Productions. It comprises of nine songs closing in at 32 minutes altogether and is reportedly meant to spread negativity and satanic madness.

In an exclusive statement for ZT vocalist Warcrimer had this to say: “The purpose behind Voidhanger was to combine our influences from the 80’s and early 90’s with the intensity and attitude our more well-known bands are known for. My comrade Shyaithan from Impiety says it sounds a bit like Infernal War on thrashing death mode and I think he’s right. It’s something we wanted to do years ago and we collected lots of ideas, so when the band finally came to life last year, everything went really fast and the whole process of making of our debut album was quite spontaneous. Of course, we’re not reinventing the wheel, but don’t expect another useless retro fun side project. Voidhanger is 100% serious and regular band and if you’re looking for some crushing blackened thrash/death metal – check ‘Wrathprayers'”.

Two songs off Voidhanger’s debut are available for streaming HERE.
