Lock Horns play the Hobgoblin stage on
Saturday 10th

Belfast heavy prog quartet Lock Horns secured their spot on the Hobgoblin New Blood Stage at Bloodstock in August by winning the Belfast final of Metal 2 The Masses. They’ve just released a video for their song ‘Pages’, from latest album Molṑn labé, which translated from Greek means ‘Come and take them’, and because we’re such accommodating people, we’re sharing sharing it here for you to check out ahead of their appearance.

According to the band, the lyrical theme focuses on the emotional aspects of mankind. With the use of interpretive lyrics, the track attempts to create a dreamlike state in order for the listener to reflect on life and find their own meaning for what the song stands for.

Written enigmatically, with each verse containing a metaphor representing a very specific moment in the authors life, ‘Pages’ paints a picture of life, death and everything that comes with it.

Bloodstock takes place in Derby from 8 – 11 August – view the full lineup and purchase tickets here: https://www.bloodstock.uk.com/events/boa-2019/stages
