HOLY MOSES RETURN WITH NEW STUDIO ALBUM

Holy Moses, possibly the oddest of German thrash metal bands, are coming back with full length number 11, titled Redefined Mayhem. The album will be available in late April 2014 through  SPV/Steamhammer.

Holy Moses formed in 1980 and stayed active until 1994. They then split up, to return in 2002 with the crushing Disorder Of The Order. Since then, they dish out albums that present remarkable consistency and passion. “Two years ago, we released the 30th Anniversary Album. With that we closed a chapter of our band history and now we are setting the course for the future. On 28 April 2014 (Germany: 25 April 2014; US: 29 April 2014) we release our new album Redefined Mayhem.” The band comments, adding: “The name says it all. We had to redefine ourselves as a band and gel as a team. There were people who voiced their doubts that it would work. But the new songs prove beyond all doubt that Holy Moses continue to be a force to be reckoned with.”

In other news, first-bassist / then-guitarist Olli Jaath has left the band: “After almost 8 years I decided to part ways as guitarist with Holy Moses to start some new musical projects. Many thanks for all the exciting years. I wish Holy Moses all the best and success for the future, see ya soon! Olli” The remaining members replied: “Olli, we wish you good luck and thank you for all these years!”
