read and note the following terms and conditions:
1. Orders can sometimes take up to 28 days to be confirmed and
shipped. Although we endeavour to ship magazines out asap, this is
a back issues service.
2. Unfortunately,
due to the nature of magazine distribution we do not offer and cannot
guarantee a 'before the shops' subscription service.
3 . Please note publication dates at the time of ordering, for obvious
reasons we cannot ship the magazine until it has been printed.
4 . Out of stock copies / shirts will be shown as such on the enlist
page, so please make sure the issue / size you are ordering is shown
as available.
5 . Should an issue go out of stock while orders are being processed,
we reserve the right to start any unprocessed subscriptions with the
next issue available.
6 . We reserve the right to replace incorrectly placed orders of single
issues with the next issue available.
7 . All sales are final, we do not accept returns.
8 . Incorrect payments will result in a return / admin fee of £5
at our discretion.
9 . No refunds will be given on partly fulfilled subscriptions / cancelled
subscriptions.
10. All electronic transactions are securely processed by PayPal.
11. All prices include postage.
12. We do not send items via registered post. If you are concerned
about the postal service local to you and require us to ship your
order using a registered postal service with proof of postage / delivery,
please email subs@ztmag.com before purchasing as we do not accept
responsibility for orders ‘lost in the post’ due to fraudulent
claims. We will only ship to addresses confirmed with PayPal.
13. Zero Tolerance magazine is published bi-monthly (every 2 months).
14. Our current
subscription term is for six (6) issues, normally published over a
yearly period.
15. You must supply us with correct postal
information in order for your local postal service to deliver the
item to you. Items returned to us with "addressee unknown"
or similar messages will incur an administration charge and extra
postal fee to be reposted.
16.
To qualify for a subscription offer you must follow the instructions
given with the offer or you will not be eligible for the free gift.
All offers subject to availability. Please enter any comments or requests
in the "send message to merchant" box.
17. If you are concerned about the status of your order or have any
further queries of any nature, email subs@ztmag.com.
Please ensure your email software does not block our emails to you,
and check your junk mail folder and settings before repeatedly emailing.
18. We reserve
the right to refuse to process an order and refund any payments made.
19. All ticket
sales are final, the respective venue and their management reserves
the right to refuse admission. You must bring your ticket to the venue
or you will be refused admission. Please note if the venue operates
an age restriction that I.D will be required.
